Effects > Frame > Circles Circles The Circles command allows you to draw a number of circles around the image. 1. Choose Effects > Frame > Circles 2. Use the following options:    Count Use this option to change the count. Min = 1, Max = 100, Default = 8.    Width (px) Use this option to set the line width in pixels. Min = 1, Max = 200, Default = 10.    Circles    Color1 Use this option to adjust color1.    Color2 This option allows you to adjust color2.
