Outside Frame
The Outside Frame command allows you to create an outside frame.
1. Do one of the following:
 Choose Effects > Frame > Outside Frame
 
Click the Outside Frame button
2. Use the following options:
  Horizontal (px)
Sets the horizontal size in pixels.

Min = 0, Max = 1000, Default = 10.
  Vertical (px)
Sets the vertical size in pixels.

Min = 0, Max = 1000, Default = 10.
  Frame Color
This option allows you to adjust the frame color.
