Effects > Distort > Flag Flag The Flag effect allows you to make your image look like a flag waving in the wind. 1. Choose Effects > Distort > Flag 2. Use the following options:    Wave count This option allows you to change the number of waves. Min = 1, Max = 20, Default = 2.    Distortion (%) This option allows you to change the strength of the distortion. Min = 0, Max = 50, Default = 8.    Transparent This option allows you to make the background color transparent.    Shadow Use this option to apply some shadows to the flag to make the flag more realistic.    Rotate Use this option to rotate the waves by an angle of 90 degrees.    Background Color This option allows you to change the background color.
