| The Gaussian Blur filter allows you to soften the look of an image. Gaussian refers to the bell-shaped curve that is generated when the program applies a weighted average to the pixels. The Gaussian Blur filter adds low-frequency detail and can produce a hazy effect. |

Determines the number of pixels surrounding the pixel that affect the blurring. The greater the value, the more obvious the blurring.
Min = 5, Max = 500, Default = 8.
