Blur Tool
The Blur Tool tool allows you to soften hard edges or reduce detail in an image. The more you paint over an area with the tool, the blurrier it becomes.
1. Do one of the following:
Choose Tools > Retouch > Blur Tool
Click the Blur Tool button on the toolbar
2. Use the following options:
Selects a round brush tip.
Selects a square brush tip.
Sets the hardness. The harder the brush, the crisper the line you create. When the brush stroke is soft, it creates a fuzzy and soft outline on your brush stroke.
Brush Size
Sets the brush size in pixels.
This option allows you to specify the strength of the tool.
