Layers > New > New Vector Layer
New Vector Layer
The New Vector Layer command allows you to insert a new Vector Layer above the currently selected layer or group. If no layer or group is selected, Pop Art Studio adds the layer to the top of the layer stack.
1. Do one of the following:
 Choose Layers > New > New Vector Layer
 
Click the New Vector Layer button
