Median
The Median filter allows you to remove small random specks or areas of noise that are distinctly different from the surrounding area. The filter adjusts the intensity of each pixel in the image to the median intensity of surrounding pixels. The median intensity is the middle value (not the average) in the range of values.
1. Choose Adjust > Add / Remove Noise > Median
2. Use the following options:
  Radius (px)
Determines the number of pixels surrounding the pixel that affect the blurring. The greater the value, the more obvious the blurring.

Min = 1, Max = 5, Default = 1.
