Color Accent
The Color Accent filter allows you to convert the image into a grayscale image with exception of those areas that fall in the selected color range.
1. Do one of the following:
 Choose Effects > Artistic > Color Accent
 
Click the Color Accent button
2. Use the following options:
  Tolerance
Determines the similarity or difference of the pixels selected. Enter a value, ranging from 0 to 255. A low value selects a small range of colors similar to the pixel you click. A higher value selects a broader range of colors.

Min = 0, Max = 255, Default = 100.
  Color
Use this option to select the color that you would like to accent.
