Unsharp Mask
The Unsharp Mask filter allows you to sharpen the mid- to high-contrast edges in the image without enhancing noise. This filter locates adjacent pixels that have a difference in lightness values that you specify and increases their contrast by an amount you specify. This filter is typically used in professional color corrections.
1. Choose Adjust > Unsharp Mask
2. Use the following options:
  Amount
This option allows you to determine how much to increase the contrast of the pixels. Start with a low value and increase it gradually.

Min = 0, Max = 100, Default = 20.
  Radius (px)
This option allows you to determine the number of pixels surrounding the edge pixels that affect the sharpening. The greater the radius value, the wider the edge effects and the more obvious the sharpening.

Min = 5, Max = 200, Default = 60.
  Threshold
Use this option to determine how different the sharpened pixels must be from the surrounding area before they are considered edge pixels and sharpened by the filter.

Min = 0, Max = 100, Default = 0.
  Luminance only
This option allows you to apply the filter only to the luminance component of the color.
