This option allows you to adjust the width of a rectangular area as a percentage of the width of the image. The height is equal to the height of the image. This 'strip' is cut from the image and then blended into the remaining image using a linear transparency. The blending leaves a continuation of the right edge on the left so the two edges will join seamlessly.
